WHIM Real Estate is a boutique Dubai-based agency entering one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. Unlike large developers and major brokerage firms with extensive budgets and established digital footprints, WHIM started with no brand identity, no CRM infrastructure, no digital funnel, and no consistent communication strategy.

Encore Marketing was invited to build WHIM from the ground up: identity, product, digital presence, website, CRM, funnel, content system, and automated lead generation.

What We Did

1 – Developed a complete brand identity and positioning platform

We began by defining WHIM’s brand essence, audience, and meaning.

This included:

  • brand platform (mission, ambition, values, uniqueness)
  • tone of voice (confident, boutique, expert-driven)
  • naming and messaging logic
  • core storytelling structure (“smart boutique expertise for modern buyers”)
  • a visual identity reflecting Dubai’s modern luxury aesthetic

We then delivered a full brand book with detailed guidelines for consistency across digital, print, and social.

2 – Designed and launched a conversion-oriented website

The website was not treated as a brochure – it was built as a lead-generation engine, with:

  • responsive, modern design
  • SEO and semantic foundation
  • segmentation for buyers, sellers, and investors
  • clear CTAs and funnel logic
  • property showcase structure
  • landing page logic for future campaigns

3 – Implemented CRM and a lead automation system
