Most agencies stop at the deck.
The campaign needs a landing page. The launch needs a booking flow. The retention plan needs a CRM that actually talks to your ads — and suddenly you are managing three vendors who blame each other.
We run the strategy and build the thing that executes it. One team, one brief, one number to call.
| Deliverable | The usual setup | With Encore |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy and positioning | Your agency | Encore |
| Landing page or site | An outside dev shop | Encore |
| Booking and lead flow | A freelancer | Encore |
| CRM and automation | Another vendor | Encore |
| Numbers on all of it | Nobody | Encore |
Two tracks, one team
Everything below is delivered by people on the Encore payroll, against one contract and one account manager. Open a row to see what the work actually covers.
Marketing & communications
01Marketing strategy
Positioning, audience and channel mix for the region — built from your numbers, not from a template deck.
02PR & media relations
Regional and international press, spokesperson training, launch coverage across UAE and GCC media.
03Social media
Content strategy and production run in-house, in English and Arabic, on the platforms that matter here.
04Performance & media buying
Paid acquisition managed to cost per qualified lead, not to impressions. Reporting you can hand to a CFO.
05Event marketing
Launches, activations and trade presence — from concept to the floor, including permits and local vendors.
06Influencer & partnerships
Talent and brand partnerships matched to the audience, contracted and measured like any other channel.
07Brand identity
Naming, identity systems and guidelines that survive contact with a region that reads right to left.
Product & engineering
01Websites & landing pages
Fast, accessible, measurable. Built to the campaign's deadline, not to a CMS vendor's roadmap.
02Product & UX design
Research, flows, interface and a design system your future developers can actually work from.
03Mobile applications
iOS and Android, from first release to store approval, with analytics wired in before launch.
04SaaS platforms
Multi-tenant products, billing, dashboards and the boring infrastructure that keeps them up.
05Business process automation
CRM, integrations and internal tools, so the leads marketing generates do not die in a spreadsheet.
Product and engineering are delivered by Encore's dedicated technology team, under the same contract and the same account manager as the rest of your work.

What the work felt like
Five clients, in their own words — trimmed for length, not rewritten, between November 2025 and June 2026.
It was a very pleasant and productive experience working with the Encore team. The work is structured in stages, so all processes are completely transparent, and it's always clear what's happening at each step.
The agency's team demonstrated a high level of expertise in PR and marketing communications, outstanding responsiveness, and great attention to detail. We would especially highlight their deep understanding of the KSA market.
They helped me structure, refine and consolidate all of my ideas into a clear vision that ultimately resulted in a high-quality product tailored specifically to the Middle Eastern market.
I didn't have the feeling that these were just people doing their job. I had a full sense that there was a deep understanding of the whole meaning of this idea.
I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for everything you've done for the project. You're a wonderful team, and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to go through this journey and work together.

Four steps, no surprises
The single biggest objection from a brand entering this region is not price, it is not knowing what happens next. So the sequence is written down before anything is produced.
- Step 01
Brief
A working session, not a questionnaire. We leave with your numbers and your constraints.
- Step 02
Strategy & scope
Written plan, fixed scope, named deliverables and dates. You approve before anything is produced.
- Step 03
Launch
One team runs campaign and build together, so the site is live when the media is.
- Step 04
Measure & iterate
Monthly reporting against the numbers agreed in step two. What underperforms gets changed.
Where the work has actually happened
Five markets, counted by published case study rather than by capability claimed. This is the whole archive sorted — nothing has been added to round the list out.

Something is on fire and you need the answer in writing
A three-to-five-day diagnostic of your funnel, spend and creative, read by the people who would have to fix it. What comes back is a written action list: what to change, who owns it, by when.
Request an audit- 3–5 days
- Once we have the material. The dates are fixed before the work starts.
- Fixed fee
- Quoted in advance. Media budget stays separate and is paid at cost.
- No retainer
- The report is the deliverable. Whether we carry on is your call.
The people who do the work
An in-house team in Dubai, not a rotating bench. Both founders stay on every account, and the manager you meet at the brief is the one who signs off the reporting.
Notes from the region
Written by the people running the accounts. Advertiser permits for creators, Arabic that is not a translation job, and what a targeting strategy has to survive in a market this layered.
Encore launches Marketing First Aid, and regional media took notice
A senior review that gives a business one honest read of its marketing, and a short-term action plan, inside three to five days. Both founders on the record about what it is for.

What is Encore?
Encore Marketing Management L.L.C is a marketing and communications agency based in Dubai Industrial City, UAE (trade licence 1549749), working with brands entering or scaling in the Middle East. Encore covers marketing strategy, PR, social, performance, events and brand identity, and delivers product design and software engineering through its own technology team.
Where do you work?
Encore is based in Dubai and works across the UAE and the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman — as well as with international brands running campaigns into the region.
How quickly can you start?
A first working session is usually booked within a week. A strategy and scope document follows within ten working days of that session, and production starts once it is approved.
Do you work with brands that have no presence in the UAE yet?
Yes. Market entry is a large part of the work: positioning for the region, local partnerships, media relations and the launch itself, including the licensing and vendor questions that come with it.
Do you produce Arabic content?
Yes. Arabic is written natively rather than translated, by writers based in the region, and reviewed for the specific market being addressed.
Is development done in-house?
Yes. Websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms and automation are delivered by Encore's dedicated product and engineering team under the same contract and account manager as the marketing work.
How do you charge?
Project work is quoted as a fixed scope with a fixed fee. Ongoing marketing runs on a monthly retainer sized to the channel mix. Media budget is always separate and paid at cost.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Retainers start at three months, because nothing meaningful can be measured in less. Marketing First Aid and one-off builds have no minimum term.
