KRONUNG didn’t have an in-house marketing team, and the founders were deeply involved in micro-management – leaving little time for strategic growth or sales optimization.

Encore Marketing was brought in to replace the chaotic contractor model with a unified, scalable, in-house marketing system that would deliver predictable acquisition, stronger brand equity, and efficiency across all channels.

What We Did

1 – Conducted a full audit and rebuilt the marketing architecture
