Encore is a marketing and communications agency providing strategic marketing, PR, content, performance marketing, partnerships, product design and engineering services.
2. When this policy applies
It applies when you write or call us, respond to one of our advertisements, interact with our content on social media, request our services, or otherwise communicate with us. It also applies to the personal data we handle when running advertising campaigns, whether for Encore or for a client.
3. What we collect
What you give us. You reach us through the enquiry form on this website, by email, by telephone or on a messaging platform. The form asks for four things — your name, where you would like the reply to go, your company if you want to give it, and a description of what you are launching — and offers five areas of work you can point at instead of describing them. The reply can go to an email address, a WhatsApp number or a Telegram username, whichever you choose; only the one you choose is asked for, and it is used to answer you. Nothing else is captured with it: it records no identifier, reads nothing already in your browser, and adds nothing to any advertising audience. What we then hold is whatever you chose to send, through the form or in any other way:
- your name, and the company and role you write on behalf of
- your email address, phone or WhatsApp number, or messaging username
- the country or city you operate in
- budget, timeline and project information you share so that we can reply usefully
- the content of our correspondence
How the form reaches us. At the time of writing the form submits to nothing: this website has no server that receives it, and what happens when you press the button depends on the channel you chose. Ask for a reply by email or on Telegram and what you typed is composed into an ordinary email and handed to your own mail application, which sends it to info@encore-mena.com as if you had written to us yourself; no other company sees it in transit. Ask for a reply on WhatsApp and the same text is handed to WhatsApp instead, which opens a conversation with our business number with the message already written — you still send it yourself, and from that point it is an ordinary WhatsApp message, carried by WhatsApp and covered by Meta's privacy terms exactly as any other message on that platform would be. Either way nothing is submitted to this website and nothing is stored here. Should we later route the form through a form-handling service, that service will be named on this page before the change is made.
What the web server records. Like any web server, ours writes a log of the requests it serves: the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure. They are not linked to any advertising platform, not used to profile visitors, and this website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind — see the cookie policy.
Campaign interaction data. If you respond to an advertisement or a lead form we run on an advertising platform, we receive from that platform whatever you submitted to it, along with the campaign it came from.

- to keep in touch about work in progress
- to send business updates and insights, where you asked for them or where the law otherwise allows
- to keep records, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and protect our systems
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law sets the framework we work within: processing must be transparent and secure, and you hold rights over your own information.
5. Advertising technology, and where it runs
Encore runs paid campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Audience building, remarketing and conversion measurement happen inside those platforms, under their terms and their privacy policies, using data those platforms already hold.
None of that runs on encore-mena.com. There is no pixel, no tag manager and no analytics on this website, so visiting it does not add you to an audience, does not build a profile of you, and leaves nothing behind that any advertising platform can read. Should that ever change, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated before the technology is deployed, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
6. Direct marketing
We may send you updates about our services, insights or events if you asked for them, if you are an existing client or business contact where the law permits, or if you otherwise consented. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and replying with an opt-out request works just as well. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
7. Legal basis
Depending on the situation and the law that applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, of steps taken at your request before entering a contract, of the performance of a contract, of our legitimate business interests where permitted, or of a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
8. Who else sees it
We may share personal data with advertising platforms, email and CRM providers, our hosting and IT providers, professional advisers, and contractors acting on our behalf — in each case only so far as they need it to do the job. We also disclose data where a law or a competent authority requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
9. International transfers
The platforms and providers we use operate outside the UAE, so your personal data may be processed in other countries. Where the law requires it, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers meet the conditions UAE law sets for cross-border transfer and sharing.
10. How long we keep it
Only as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, plus what our contractual, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations require after that. Correspondence that led nowhere is deleted; records tied to an engagement are kept for the retention period that engagement attracts.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you
- correct it where it is wrong
- delete it where deletion is appropriate
- restrict or stop a particular kind of processing
- stop sending you direct marketing
You may withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to a competent authority. To exercise any of this, write to info@encore-mena.com. We will ask enough to be sure it is you, and answer within the period the law allows.
12. Children's data
This website and our services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page, and the effective and revision dates at the top say when it last changed.
