How we build partnerships for brands in Dubai and the UAE
A partnership puts your brand in front of an audience that already trusts someone else: a media platform, a creator, a venue, a cultural institution or a complementary brand. Done well, it adds reach and credibility that paid media does not buy on its own. In Dubai, across the UAE and in Saudi Arabia, where international and regional brands compete for the same attention, the right partner can also be a route into a new market. Our Partnership & Collaboration service covers the whole cycle: finding partners, shaping the idea, agreeing the terms and running the launch.
We start from the brand, not from a list of names. We look at positioning, audience and business goals, then research the industries, platforms and communities where a partnership would carry weight. We shape a concept that is worth something to both sides, open the conversation and manage the negotiation through to clear terms. On MONOCHROME × SMASHBOX we led that full process for a fashion brand and a beauty brand with different communication rules.
What makes a collaboration work is fit. It has to feel natural rather than forced, and it has to serve a clear business purpose: market entry, growth or visibility. Then we run it like any other channel. For ARTDOM in Riyadh we set up partnerships with industry platforms and lifestyle brands, including Archinet, Blacklane and Riyadh Edit, that delivered cross-posting campaigns, expert talks, on-site activations and post-event media coverage. Brand licensing is a separate service with its own process.
What it covers
-
Partnership strategy
Strong partnerships start with knowing where a collaboration would add the most value. We look at your positioning and goals, research the relevant industries and platforms, and turn what we find into a shortlist of partners and a plan for approaching them.
- Analysis of where partnerships can support positioning, growth and visibility
- Research into relevant industries, platforms and communities
- Partner shortlist based on audience relevance, reputation and strategic fit
- Collaboration concepts that are worth something to both sides
- Partnership roadmap with priority partners and next steps
-
Brand and media collaborations
Media platforms, creators and complementary brands can put you in front of audiences you do not yet reach. We identify and approach them, structure joint campaigns so the messaging stays clear, and keep the partners in step. Full creator programmes sit in our Influence Marketing service.
- Media partnership outreach to relevant platforms and publications
- Creator collaborations that connect the brand with engaged audiences
- Brand-to-brand partnerships with complementary brands
- Joint campaign planning with clear messaging and coordinated promotion
- Cross-posting campaigns, expert talks and post-event media coverage
-
Event and cultural partnerships
Venues, institutions and cultural platforms let a brand become part of an experience and reach people in a new context. We find the right partners, bring the brand into events that suit its audience and build joint formats. Event marketing itself sits in our Marketing service.
- Venue and cultural institution partnerships
- Brand integration into events that suit the target audience
- Engagement with cultural and community platforms
- Cross-promotions with venues and cultural institutions

-
Negotiation and partnership management
Some brands need a partner found. Others need the deal made and the project run. We lead the negotiation, turn the idea into clear agreements that protect each brand's identity and interests, then coordinate the launch and follow-up and keep the relationship going.
- Negotiation of creative direction, product selection and launch angles
- Agreement on marketing rights and usage, deliverables and timelines
- Collaboration narrative, press language and campaign messaging
- Coordination of communication between partners through launch
- Follow-up, relationship upkeep and the next collaboration opportunities
How it runs
- Step 01
Goals and brief
Your goals, the audience to reach and the job partnerships should do decide who to approach.
- Step 02
Partner selection
We look where your audience pays attention and pick partners on relevance, reputation and fit.
- Step 03
The deal
A collaboration worth it for every side, then talks until the terms protect each brand.
- Step 04
Launch
We run the launch, keep partners in step and look for the next collaboration where it worked.

When to call
You want a new audience without buying all of it
You do not want every new customer to come through paid ads, and you want partners with an audience of their own. For Lumisfera, venue partnerships and cultural cross-promotions reduced the dependency on paid traffic while adding trust.
You need relevance in a market that does not know you
The right partners put a brand in front of people who do not know it yet. ARTDOM in Riyadh needed cultural relevance and organic reach in the Saudi market, so we paired influencer collaborations with platform and brand partnerships.
Two brands like the idea, but nobody owns the deal
Creative direction, rights, deliverables and timelines are still open. For MONOCHROME × SMASHBOX we led the negotiation between the two brands, then shaped the collaboration concept and wrote its narrative and press language.
You want a collaboration that reads as culture
A joint drop only works if both audiences believe in it. For MONOCHROME × REEBOK we built the launch narrative, PR and influencer activation around identity rather than logos, and traffic and engagement for MONOCHROME reached record levels.

Questions about Partnership & Collaboration
If the answer you need is not here, it is a two-line email away: info@encore-mena.com.
What does a partnership and collaboration agency in Dubai do?
A partnership and collaboration agency finds partners whose audience fits your brand, shapes the joint idea, agrees the terms and runs the project to launch. At Encore that covers media platforms, creators, complementary brands, venues and cultural institutions. We develop a concept that works for both sides, lead the negotiation, and coordinate the launch and follow-up.
Can you negotiate a brand collaboration deal on our behalf?
Yes, we can lead the negotiation for you. On MONOCHROME × SMASHBOX we led the full negotiation and partnership process, aligning both brands on creative direction, product selection, shared values, launch angles, marketing rights and usage, deliverables and timelines. Our job was to turn the idea into clear, mutually beneficial agreements that protect each brand's visual identity and strategic interests. We then built the concept, "Minimalism meets camera-ready performance", and wrote the collaboration narrative, press language and campaign messaging.
Can partnerships reduce our reliance on paid ads?
Yes, though in our work they have run alongside paid media rather than replacing it. For Lumisfera, a candlelight concert series, cross-promotions with cultural institutions, venue partnerships, local media mentions and influencer attendance ran alongside Meta Ads, email and Telegram, and reduced the dependency on paid traffic. Every concert sold out and marketing costs held at or below 10% of revenue. For MONOCHROME × REEBOK, sales exceeded expectations without heavy paid promotion.
Do you run partnerships outside the UAE, in Saudi Arabia for example?
Yes: we are based in Dubai and work with brands entering or scaling across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. For ARTDOM, a design fair in Riyadh, we built partnerships with platforms and brands including Archinet, Blacklane and Riyadh Edit. Eugenia Kinder, one of our founders, brings 15+ years of her own international experience in fashion, beauty and lifestyle, including partnerships, licensing and PR campaigns across Europe, the US and the Middle East.
Is a brand collaboration the same as licensing?
No, though the two often overlap. In a collaboration, brands, platforms or venues work together for shared reach and credibility, as MONOCHROME did with Smashbox. Licensing grants the right to use a brand, character or artwork in a new product, as in the TUD × Chupa Chups drop. Licensed drops, from concept to launch campaign, sit in our Licensing service.
