By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it. We may revise them; the version on this page at the time you visit is the one that applies, and the revision date at the top of the page says when it last changed.
3. What this website is
It describes Encore's services and the work we have done. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a price, a warranty, or professional advice on which you should act without speaking to us first. There is no account and no payment on this site. The enquiry form starts a conversation and nothing more: sending it obliges neither of us to anything, and any engagement that follows is governed by a separate signed agreement. What we do with what you send is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Using it
You may read this site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of it as your own
- scrape or systematically harvest it for a competing service
- attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or anyone else’s use of it

6. Client names, marks and case studies
Client names and logos shown on this site are the property of those clients and appear to identify work Encore carried out. Their appearance does not imply that the client endorses Encore or anything stated here beyond that work.
Every figure published in a case study is one obtained in that campaign and stated as the client reported or approved it. Figures are not rounded up, and where results have not been cleared for publication the case study carries no figures at all rather than estimates. Past results describe what happened in a particular market, in a particular period, for a particular brief. They are not a forecast, and Encore does not promise that any campaign will repeat them.
7. Insights and other published writing
Articles under Insights are our reading of markets we have worked in at the time of writing. Markets, platforms and regulations change. Nothing in them is advice on which to base a commercial decision without taking your own.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site — a client, a platform, a social profile — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its own terms and privacy practices.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at any given moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
