Brand, website and app design in Dubai

We design brand identities and packaging, websites, landing pages and apps, then connect the CRM and chatbots that handle the enquiries they bring in. After launch we keep the site current. For QUBE Developer, the best landing pages we designed and tested converted 25% better than the main website.

Overview

Our design and website work in Dubai and the UAE

A company's website is often the first point of contact with clients, partners and investors. It has to look right, explain the offer and turn a visit into an enquiry, a registration or a sale. From our base in Dubai we design for that whole path: the identity and packaging people see first, the website and landing pages they arrive on, apps where the product needs one, and the CRM and chatbots that make sure an enquiry is not lost after the click. The website should work as a full business tool, not a brochure.

We treat design as part of the marketing, not a separate job. Every project starts from what the business has to sell and to whom, then moves through structure, visual design, build and launch. For WHIM Real Estate we built the company from the ground up: a brand platform, a visual identity and brand book, then a website designed as a lead-generation engine, with separate paths for buyers, sellers and investors, an SEO foundation and landing page logic for future campaigns. Behind it sat a CRM with chatbot qualification and reporting dashboards.

Pages work best when each one serves one audience and asks for one action. When QUBE Developer entered Dubai, we built more than five specialised landing pages around different buyer triggers and tested them against the main website. For WRAPPY's UK launch the landing page was the core funnel driver: science-forward benefit explanations, before/after logic, social proof, clear calls to action, and tracking and attribution built in. We design each page with its tracking set up, so the results show which message and which page brought the enquiry.

Formats

What it covers

  1. Brand identity & packaging

We build the brand before the pages: platform, tone of voice, visual identity and guidelines. For WHIM, Embrace Beauty and WRAPPY the identity came first, and the content and campaigns were built on it. For Embrace, a marketplace brand, that also meant a redesigned packaging direction.

    • Brand platform: mission, values, positioning and tone of voice
    • Visual identity: colour palette, typography, textures and photography style
    • Brand book with guidelines for digital, print and social
    • Packaging direction for physical products
    • Art direction for campaigns and product photography
  2. Websites, landing pages & apps

We take company websites from structure and design through development and launch, build focused landing pages for launches, events and campaigns, and design apps when the product needs more than a site. Every page presents the offer simply and guides visitors towards contact, registration or purchase.

    • Corporate websites, full cycle: structure, design, development and launch
    • Landing pages and campaign sites aligned with ads, events and product launches
    • Redesign and restructuring of an existing website
    • App design: user flows, interface and a visual system that follows the brand
    • Tracking and attribution in place at launch
  3. CRM, chatbots & lead capture

The leads a website and its campaigns generate need somewhere to go. We integrate a CRM with automated lead capture, set up chatbot flows that answer and qualify enquiries, and add dashboards that show where leads come from. WHIM got all three. KRONUNG got a real estate CRM with source attribution, and ARTDOM an Instagram DM chatbot.

    • CRM integration with automated lead capture and a cold, warm and hot pipeline
    • Chatbot flows for faster lead qualification
    • Instagram DM chatbot with instant answers and registration links
    • Conversion tracking, source attribution and reporting dashboards
  4. Ongoing support

For companies that update their digital presence regularly, we stay on after launch. We edit pages and add sections as services and projects change, refine visual elements as the brand evolves, and get the site ready for each new campaign or announcement.

    • Content updates: pages edited, sections added, information adjusted
    • New pages, landing sections and features as the business grows
    • Technical maintenance for stable speed and performance
    • Design refinements that keep the site aligned with the brand
    • Website preparation for new campaigns, launches and announcements

FAQ

Questions about Websites & Apps

If the answer you need is not here, it is a two-line email away: info@encore-mena.com.

Can you design our brand identity and our website together?

Yes, and doing both together keeps them consistent. For WRAPPY's UK launch we built the brand platform and a visual identity inspired by editorial body-care brands, then designed the conversion-optimised landing page that drove the funnel. For Embrace Beauty we rebuilt the brand platform, created a unified visual identity with a redesigned packaging direction, and set the art direction for product photography.

Do landing pages convert better than a company's main website?

They can, when each page is focused on one type of buyer and one reason to act. For QUBE Developer's first project in Dubai, a residential building in JVC, we designed and tested more than five landing pages, built around five buyer triggers: ROI for investors, location for end-users, design and architecture, payment plans, and amenities and lifestyle. The best-performing pages converted 25% better than the main website.

Can you connect our website to a CRM and a chatbot?

Yes, we connect the website to a CRM and chatbots, so enquiries are captured automatically and sorted before they reach sales. For WHIM Real Estate we integrated a CRM with automated lead capture, chatbot flows for faster qualification, a pipeline separating cold, warm and hot leads, and reporting dashboards. For KRONUNG we integrated a real estate CRM with conversion tracking and source attribution. For ARTDOM Riyadh we implemented an Instagram DM chatbot that returned instant event information and registration links.

Do you design mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes, apps are part of our design service alongside websites and landing pages. We start from what the app has to do for the business and its users, map the structure and user flows, and design the interface on the same brand identity as your website, so both read as one product.

Do you support the website after launch?

Yes, we keep working on the site after launch so it stays current. That covers content updates, new pages and sections as your services change, design updates that keep it in line with the brand, and technical maintenance for stable speed and performance. If you already have a website, we can review its structure and redesign it rather than start again.
