Scaling a niche audiophile show across the GCC
HiFi Hi-End Show is a niche exhibition for audiophiles and sound-tech professionals that entered the UAE market. Encore Marketing built a cross-GCC performance system that delivered 1,591,199 Meta impressions and exceeded both registration and attendance KPIs on a budget reduced by 10% against plan.

The brief
The UAE has one of the most competitive digital advertising environments in the world; free-event campaigns often attract low-quality audiences and poor attendance; a niche category like Hi-Fi requires precise segmentation and strong value communication; and cross-GCC promotion adds complexity because media costs and user behaviour vary country by country. Encore Marketing was brought in to build a scalable multi-country performance strategy that would fill the event without increasing the budget, and ideally while reducing it.
What we did
- Analysed audience clusters in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman to identify the segments with the highest event interest and the platforms with the most cost-effective reach.
- Built a multi-layered funnel for the event type: awareness, education, registration, confirmation, attendance.
- Ran Meta as the core paid channel, testing messages across more than a dozen interest clusters and optimising country by country to equalise CPL.
- Developed a creative pool focused on experiences, exclusive equipment, new releases and tech curiosity, plus dynamic retargeting to recover cold users.
- Added an organic amplification layer: LinkedIn organic and email-assisted promotion, partner publications, industry-specific PR placements, and community shares from enthusiasts and micro-influencers.
- Optimised the event website: registration flow UX, tracking and attribution setup, on-site messaging and proof points, and cross-device consistency.
