From five contractors to an in-house team, 3× sales
KRONUNG is a small real estate agency in Dubai that ran its marketing through up to five contractors at once, with no in-house team. Encore replaced that model with a five-person in-house department, CRM and analytics infrastructure, and a unified funnel, and sales tripled.
What it delivered
- 5External contractors replaced by one internal structured team
- 5Specialists hired, trained and structured into the in-house department
The brief
KRONUNG had no in-house marketing team and worked with up to five separate contractors covering targeting, content, website edits, creative production and analytics. This produced inconsistent messaging and a fragmented brand identity, duplicated spend across campaigns, no unified strategy or funnel logic, misaligned KPIs with no performance transparency, slow execution cycles and unpredictable sales flow caused by inconsistent lead quality, while the founders were absorbed in micro-management instead of strategic growth.
What we did
Audited all existing assets: ads, creatives, CRM, content, landing pages, data and sales scripts.
Built a unified marketing blueprint covering messaging hierarchy and value proposition, funnel logic for cold, warm and hot audiences, the strategic role of each channel, data and tracking requirements, and operational workflows and responsibilities.
Hired, trained and structured an in-house team of 5 specialists: performance marketer, content creator, SMM lead, CRM/automation specialist and designer.
Set up processes, reporting structure, weekly sprints, task management and KPI dashboards.
Integrated a CRM tailored for real estate with automated lead capture, smart qualification, cold/warm/hot funnel clarity, sales team accountability, conversion tracking and source attribution.
Optimised paid traffic across Meta, Google, retargeting, lookalikes and segmented geo-audiences through a series of creative and audience tests.
Built a content strategy around collaborations, neighbourhood insights, client journeys, expert commentary, lifestyle framing and brokerage behind-the-scenes instead of generic listings.
